Compensation:

• Full-Time: $48,000 – $55,000/year (DOE)

• Part-Time (Mornings Only): $19 – $24/hr (DOE)

Pioneer Welding and Fabrication (PWF) is a structural steel contractor known for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and on-time project delivery. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Billing & Collections Analyst to help manage invoicing, track receivables, and ensure timely collections.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit monthly billings (AIA & non-AIA).

• Track receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Verify billing accuracy with PMs and support change orders.

• Process lien waivers and releases.

• Maintain billing/collections records and reports.

• Partner with accounting to reconcile accounts.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage, Viewpoint, or Procore is a plus.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Construction billing experience , but not required.
