We are a solar PV distributor with locations in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Tampa and New Orleans. We only handle the warehousing and delivery of solar PV components to licensed contractors. We do not handle any installation.

We are expanding our team at our Houston location and are seeking a candidate who fits the following criteria​:

Qualifications:

• Relevant Associates Degree or equivalent OTJ experience.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Great customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Time management and scheduling.
• Self motivated.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Inventory organization and management.
• Office365 experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Etc..)
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience.
• Knowledge in Invoicing and Billing
• QuickBooks

​Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the store and by phone or E-mail.
• Provide technical help when needed.
• Assist with picking customer orders.
• Maintain customer records.
• Generate invoices and build orders.
• Assist customers in Returns or RMAs.
• Occasional Travel (Company truck and gas provided)
• Generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle cash, checks and perform bank deposits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities you may be asked to perform:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicle(s).
• Collect on unpaid orders and shipments.
• Help maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials.
• Assist in Purchasing and Logistics duties

Solar PV Experience is strongly preferred, but not necessary.

Compensation is based on Experience and Technical understanding of the PV and ESS industry.
