Full Time: 40 Hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Salary Range: $19.24- $24.60

Job Responsibilities:1. Ensures that the receipt, handling, and storage of goods minimize loss, waste, and fraud carefully following established procedures and supervisory instructions.
2. Maintains accurate and timely records as required.
3. Assures items to be returned to vendor are labeled and placed in a designated space
4. Complete paperwork for all orders.
5. Places food orders as delegated by the Executive Chef.
6. Rotates all stock and keeps storage area clean and well organized.
7. Takes all month-end inventories for food, paper goods, and soap products.
8. Pulls and stores items from freezer to be used the following day.
9. Assist Hot/Cold Cooks with food production as needed.
10. Work closely with Chef in establishing par levels for all items (equipment and food) that apply.
11. Assist in price checking of all products on a regular basis.
12. Follows all safety and sanitation rules and practices.
13. Performs additional duties as assigned.
14. Accountable for promoting internal customer service.
