We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to help drive procurement operations to the next level. Key Responsibilities

· Procurement Management Process purchase orders and manage supplier communication to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.

· Inventory & Order Tracking Monitor inventory levels, verify deliveries, and ensure that all materials meet required specifications and production timelines.

· Supplier Relationships Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and dependable delivery performance.

· Operational Efficiency Identify and implement process improvements to streamline procurement operations and reduce costs.

· Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing with project needs and production schedules.

· Process Improvement Recommend enhancements to procurement workflows, leveraging industry best practices and tools to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

· Experience Minimum of 2 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Technical Skills Proficient in purchasing systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and communication platforms. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

· Organized & Independent Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.

· Strong Communicator Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for both internal coordination and vendor engagement.

· Analytical & Detail-Oriented Ability to analyze data, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accuracy across all procurement records and activities.
