Job Summary:
The Purchasing Manager will lead procurement efforts for site operations and product programs, support supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with defense procurement rules (FAR, DFARS, ITAR). This role partners cross-functionally (engineering, quality, program management, operations, finance, legal) to deliver cost, quality, and delivery goals while managing supply chain risk and drive continuous improvement.

*Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Drives supplier accountability, lead?time adherence, escalation discipline, and proactive mitigation of shortages and late?to?place POs.
