Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for your next challenge? I am recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to lead supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services across a fast-paced catering operation.

Key Duties:\n

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.

\n

• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and KPIs.

\n

• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to improve service and reduce costs.

\n

• Lead tender (RFP) processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

• Analyse spend, manage price variances (PPV/IPV), and identify savings opportunities.

\n

• Drive supplier innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.

\n

Experience required\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years' procurement/purchasing experience (catering or food industry ).

\n

• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or food production.

\n

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

\n

• Experience managing supplier performance and contracts.

\n

• Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
