AsthePurchasingManagerfortheUK,youwilloverseeallprocurementactivitiesincludingmanagingregionalsuppliers,negotiatingcontractsandensuringcosteffectivepurchasingworkingcloselywithinternalteamsandgloballeadbuyers,youllcontributetotheirsustainabilitygoalsandensurecompliancewithinpurchasingpolicies. Daytodayyouwill: Executelocalpurchasingactivitiesalignedwithgroupstrategy. Coordinatepurchasingneedswithoperations,logisticsandotherdepartments. Selectsuppliersfromapprovedlistsandissueordersunderframeworkagreements. Managelocalsupplierrelationships,evaluationsandnegotiations. Monitordeliverytimelines,qualityandstockrequirements. MaintainaccurateprocurementdataintheERPsystem. Identifyandimplementcostsavingopportunitiesandmarkettrendmonitoringandevaluations. Supportimporttransactionsandcustomsdocumentation. Ensurecompliancewithpurchasingpoliciesandsustainabilitystandards. Experiencerequired: DegreeinSupplyChain,Logistics,Business,orCIPS,CPSMorC.P.M.orsimilar Purchasing/procurementexperience,ideallyinmanufacturing. Strongnegotiationandanalyticalskills,withastructuredworkingstyle. ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeincludingadvancedExcel ERPexperienceisaplus.
