About the Role

As our Purchasing and Planning Specialist you’ll be the link between sales, operations, and suppliers. Forecasting what we need, ensuring we have it on time, and helping things run smoothly from planning to production.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, thrives on details, and wants to make a real impact in supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain accurate product demand forecasts using data tools.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align inventory with company goals.
• Manage inventory levels to make sure we always have the right products at the right time.
• Use ERP systems to plan demand, track materials, and manage purchasing.
• Analyze forecasting trends and take action when something looks off.
• Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to get the best value for the company.
• Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvements.
• Support ongoing process and efficiency projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in demand planning, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong skills in Power BI, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of forecasting, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Solid problem‐solving ability and root‐cause mindset.
• Clear communication skills and confidence in negotiation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
