Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, assisting with repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe and functional environment.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and policies at all times.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
