Midweight Designer

Location: Hybrid – 2+ days/week in Shoreditch, London

We are a specialist communications agency focused on telling powerful, strategic stories across sport, sustainability, and philanthropy. Our work spans editorial, digital, and brand design — and we’re growing.

We’re now looking for a talented, proactive Midweight Designer to join our London team and play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted, meaningful work.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives on producing high-quality editorial and publication design, with the confidence to contribute ideas and deliver across a range of print and digital projects.

You’ll collaborate with a wider creative and content team to bring stories to life visually — from detailed reports to brand assets and social media content.

You’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a design studio or creative agency
• A strong, detail-focused portfolio with an emphasis on editorial/layout design
• Deep knowledge of the print process, from setup to delivery
• Confidence working within established brand guidelines — and knowing when to push them creatively
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines, stay organised, and stay calm under pressure
• Clear, professional communication — internally and with clients

• Bonus points if you:

  • Bring experience across digital platforms or motion design
