Your Role:
Treasure Data is seeking a results-driven Proposals Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end proposal management, ensuring top-tier quality and timely submissions through effective cross-functional collaboration. This role is essential to driving revenue growth, enhancing content management processes, and maintaining operational excellence in the Revenue Operations department.

Responsibilities:

• Proposal Management:
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of incoming RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with teams across sales, solution engineering, security, legal, deal desk, and marketing to deliver persuasive, high-quality, timely responses.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for proposal-related inquiries.

• Content Development and Maintenance:
  • Manage and update the proposal answer library to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement and enforce editorial guidelines and a style guide.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain content, assign content ownership, and oversee review periods.

• Process Automation and Workflow Optimization:
  • Pilot and implement API integrations and generative AI tools for proposal document analysis and response drafting.
  • Develop and enhance proposal templates, deliverable tracking tools, and workflow processes.
  • Introduce and maintain resources such as compliance matrices, clarifying questions, and document checklists to streamline collaboration.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency and transparency.

• Team Support and Training:
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on content and proposal processes.
  • Lead efforts in documenting roles, responsibilities, and process improvements.
  • Support client-specific projects, articulating the value of Treasure Data's CDP and producing detailed, tailored responses.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management or a similar role, with experience specifically in the SaaS or Martech enterprise space
• Strong proficiency with content management systems and proposal automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines and lead long-term initiatives
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with teams such as Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Product, and others.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
• Experience with, or knowledge of, Marketing technology, CDP (Customer Data Platform) solutions, and generative AI tools
• Ability to work with a global team across multiple time zones

Physical Requirements:

Working at least 3 days in every week out of our Mountain View, California, or Manhattan, NY office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy.

Travel Requirements:

May require occasional travel (1x - 2x per year) for internal events and meetings.
