Job DescriptionJob Description

Immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator that will coordinate maintenance work orders, service calls, vendor management, receive calls from tenants and owners, conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and provide other support for their team as needed inside and outside of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and organizational skills, including:

• 2+ years of Maintenance Coordination for a Property Management Company or Subcontractor
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Experience Coordinating Vendors and Maintenance Requests
• Strong Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
• Dependable Transportation
• Ability to Simultaneously Work on Multiple Tasks
• Experience using AppFolio, Outlook, Excel, and Word
