Field Inspector – Vacation Rentals (Contractor to start with an opportunity to move in to full-time with great benefits!)
Are you the kind of person who notices when a picture frame is slightly crooked or when a bed isn't made just right? Do you take pride in making sure every little detail is perfect? If so, we need you on our team!
We’re looking for a Field Inspector to be our eyes and ears at vacation rental properties—ensuring they are guest-ready, spotless, and in top shape before and after each stay. You’ll inspect homes, perform light maintenance, and be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Inspect properties before and after guest stays—spotting anything out of place.
✅ Ensure cleaning teams meet our high-quality standards (because spotless is the only option!).
✅ Check for damage, report maintenance needs, and complete light fixes (think lightbulbs, batteries, and furniture adjustments).
✅ Program door codes, reset Wi-Fi routers, and connect smart devices.
✅ Skim pools, check spas, and handle minor outdoor upkeep.
✅ Make beds, count linens, and pull out trash bins on assigned days.
✅ Run errands for supplies and deliver items to properties as needed.
✅ Communicate with guests, homeowners, and the office team to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
✔ Valid Driver’s License (you’ll be traveling to different properties)
✔ Experience in property management, hospitality, or inspections is a plus!
