Property Maintenance Technician in Pickerington

PrideStaff is one of the Top Rated Staffing Agencies in Columbus, OH and we are currently looking to hire Property Maintenance Technicians to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Full time openings available at various sites in the central Ohio area!

Galloway/Hilliard, Columbus, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, and more!

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr.+

Property Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Property Maintenance ​Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• HVAC experience not required, but will pay more with it.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Own a toolset
