Righter’s Auto Repair is a family-owned business with three automotive repair locations and one office location. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and professional for both our employees and customers.

Position Details
- Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
- Type: Full-Time, Hourly
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours
- Compensation: Up to $38.00 per hour, based on experience
- Location: Servicing our three repair shop locations and office (all in Michigan)
- Tools/Equipment: All equipment and tools provided
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal for all business locations.
- Handle building systems maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Complete minor construction projects and facility repairs as needed.
- Assist with installation and relocation of automotive car lifts and shop equipment.
- Ensure all properties are safe, well-maintained, and up to company standards.
Qualifications
- Prior property/building maintenance experience .
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general construction.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools (training provided if necessary).
- Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy shop equipment (including car lifts).
