Righter’s Auto Repair is a family-owned business with three automotive repair locations and one office location. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and professional for both our employees and customers.

Position Details

• Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
  
• Type: Full-Time, Hourly
  
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours
  
• Compensation: Up to $38.00 per hour, based on experience
  
• Location: Servicing our three repair shop locations and office (all in Michigan)
  
• Tools/Equipment: All equipment and tools provided
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal for all business locations.
  
• Handle building systems maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  
• Complete minor construction projects and facility repairs as needed.
  
• Assist with installation and relocation of automotive car lifts and shop equipment.
  
• Ensure all properties are safe, well-maintained, and up to company standards.
  

Qualifications

• Prior property/building maintenance experience .
  
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and general construction.
  
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools (training provided if necessary).
  
• Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy shop equipment (including car lifts).
