What You'll Do

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our homes and communities in top shape. Your day will start from home with your schedule already in hand, and you'll handle 3-5 work orders across scattered sites. Every day brings something new.

• Typical tasks include:

  • Plumbing repairs (drips, clogs, fixture replacements)

  • HVAC maintenance (filter changes, simple fixes, thermostat swaps)

  • Electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

  • Drywall repair, patching, sanding, and painting

  • General repairs and make-readies

  You'll log your notes and photos on a company-issued phone, stay in touch with dispatch and teammates, and serve as our eyes in the field.

What You Bring

• • 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience

  • Skills across multiple trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, general repairs)

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools

  • Comfort using apps and mobile tech to track work

  • Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

  • A "Get Stuff Done" attitude - proactive, reliable, and focused

What You Get

• Hourly pay: $23-$27 based on experience

• Gas stipend: Up to $150/week
