Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur customer is a property management company and they are seeking a self-motivated, mechanically-inclined, full-time employee to join their team. This is a full time, temp to hire position.
The position will require
The position requires the following:

• Significant experience in building maintenance and remodeling
• Servicing maintenance calls including snow removal including nights/weekends
• Lifting and moving of heavy tools and materials such as bags of salt, and loading/unloading snow blower from a pickup truck.
• General carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Flooring
• General landscaping

Other helpful experience:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC systems

Location:

• Properties to be maintained are located in Augusta & Hallowell.
