Property Maintenance Foreman

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Foreman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep rental properties in good operating condition, in addition to full renovations, get-readies, occupancy inspections, and standard service calls.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with all rental properties including electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, painting, and HVAC
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or supplies
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Previous experience in property maintenance
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Jobsite leadership is required; the capacity to organize, and run multiple jobsites with a proven track record and the ability to work hard every day is paramount. Prior Military is an asset.
