General property maintenance on site. Daily tasks include sweeping, moping, cleaning restrooms, trash removal and assisting with seasonal promotional set up and tear down.  Additional tasks include: pot hole repair, replace ceiling tiles, pressure washing, painting, daily walking of the property for property report, replace light bulbs as needed and assist in other repairs as requested.
