- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing/replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliances
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with landscaping and grounds-keeping as needed
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
- Keep track of supplies and equipment, and reorder when necessary
- Work independently while ensuring the inn and spa meet high standards of cleanliness and safety
Required Skills
- Previous experience in general maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Good communication and customer service skills
