• Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairing/replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliances
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist with landscaping and grounds-keeping as needed
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
• Keep track of supplies and equipment, and reorder when necessary
• Work independently while ensuring the inn and spa meet high standards of cleanliness and safety

Required Skills

• Previous experience in general maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Good communication and customer service skills
