Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten und erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) Smart Metering, der die technische Leitung unserer Smart-Meter- und Mieterstromprojekte übernimmt. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Erfolg und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer intelligenten Messlösungen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Leitung und Steuerung von Smart Metering- und Mieterstromprojekten in Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien.
• Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Beratung zu Stromtarifen, Vertragsgestaltungen und Finanzplanung für Photovoltaik-Portfolios.
• Auswahl und Abstimmung innovativer Messkonzepte unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen.
• Koordination mit Elektrofachbetrieben, EPCs, Planungsbüros, Messstellenbetreibern, Netzbetreibern und Kunden.
• Projektmanagement für das Onboarding von Kunden aus dem Energiemarkt (z. B. Mieterstrom Start-Ups, Stadtwerke).
• Überwachung der Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration intelligenter Messsysteme.
• Analyse und Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Dienstleistungen im Energiemarkt.

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Energieelektroniker (m/w/d) oder Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d).
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Smart Metering oder digitaler Gebäudemanagementlösungen.
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft oder erneuerbarer Energien, insbesondere mit direktem Kundenkontakt.
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ab Level C1) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Google Workspace und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Asana).
• Führerschein der Klasse B für Vor-Ort-Besichtigungen und Baukoordination.
• Internationale Arbeitserfahrung ist von Vorteil.
• Affinität für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und erneuerbare Energien.

About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) Smart Metering to take on the technical project management of our smart meter and tenant electricity projects. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success and further development of our intelligent metering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and control of smart metering and tenant electricity projects in residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out profitability calculations and advice on electricity tariffs, contract design and financial planning for photovoltaic portfolios.
• Selection and coordination of innovative metering concepts, taking regulatory requirements into account.
• Coordination with specialist electrical companies, EPCs, planning offices, metering point operators, grid operators and customers.
• Project management for the onboarding of customers from the energy market (e.g. tenant electricity start-ups, municipal utilities).
• Supervision of the installation, commissioning and configuration of smart metering systems.
• Analysis and development of strategic partnerships to further develop our services in the field of renewable energies.
• Collaboration in the development of new, innovative services in the energy market.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an energy electronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d).
• Ideally, experience in project management within the smart metering environment or digital building management solutions.
• Experience in the real estate or renewable energy sector, especially with direct customer contact.
• Solution-oriented way of working and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Very good written and spoken German (level C1 and above) and strong communication skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office, Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g. Asana).
• Class B driver's license for on-site visits and construction coordination.
• International work experience is an advantage.
• Affinity for sustainability issues and renewable energies.
