Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Director of Project Management and Facilities, the Projects & Construction Specialist supports day-to-day operations of facilities development projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives within JHTNA. This role assists with data gathering, reporting, vendor coordination, and project tracking to ensure requirements are aligned and executed. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO Director, internal teams, and external vendors to support project success.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Support:

· Assist with managing assigned facilities and Continuous Improvement projects by coordinating communication and documentation across internal teams and external partners.

· Help manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring updates are accurate and distributed.

· Support project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions.

· Provide administrative and logistical support for multiple projects simultaneously.

Data & Reporting:

· Gather and analyze project data; prepare reports and presentations for the Director of Project Management and Facilities.

· Track progress, highlight risks or delays, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely.

Vendor & Compliance Support:

· Coordinate vendor quotes, track project expenses, and support budget monitoring.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.

Marginal Job Functions:

· Other projects as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field ; equivalent experience considered.

Experience:

· 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related support role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience a plus

Other Requirements:

· Must possess a valid US driver's license

· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time required
