Project Structural Engineer in Bristol

We're working with a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Project Structural Engineer to join its growing Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team delivering a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects across the UK. You'll play a key role in the structural design and technical delivery of projects from concept through to construction, working alongside experienced civil, geotechnical and environmental engineers.

The Role

As a Project Structural Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Producing structural designs, calculations and technical drawings for steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.

Delivering projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.

Coordinating with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preparing specifications, design reports and technical documentation.

Attending design reviews, client meetings and site inspections.

Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, Eurocodes and industry best practice.

Contributing to practical, innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Consultancy experience delivering structural engineering projects.

Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.

Experience using structural analysis software such as TEDDS, STAAD, ETABS, Robot or similar.

AutoCAD, Revit or BIM experience.

A desire to progress professionally, with Chartership (IStructE or ICE) already achieved or in progress being advantageous.
