Location: Cardiff \n Role: Structural Engineer\n Salary: £35,000 – £40,000\n\n A well-established and award-winning consultancy are seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Cardiff. This consultancy is renowned for its high standards, diverse project portfolio, and commitment to delivering exceptional engineering solutions.\n \nThe Role\n\n The Project Structural Engineer will:\n \nDeliver structural design solutions for a range of projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations. \nUtilise software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, AutoCAD, and REVIT for project analysis and design.
\nManage project resources, maintain timelines, and collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively. \nAttend project meetings and liaise with clients, and professionally representing the company. \nSupport junior engineers, offering mentorship and guidance to enhance team skills and performance.
Requirements\n\n Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following:\n \nA degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng, BEng, or equivalent); HNC/HND qualifications will also be considered. \nAt least 3 years of post-graduate experience, with progression towards or attainment of Chartership with IStructE or ICE. \nProficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds) and familiarity with BIM (REVIT).
