Overview

MAINSAIL Group has an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler to support the Aerial Networks Division, which is within the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

JOB STATUS: Full time; Salaried

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Contractor shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The Contractor shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO. The Contractor shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.). The Contractor shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success. The Contractor shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results. The Contractor shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management. The Contractor shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve the end result. The Contractor shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Office Project.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess senior level scheduling capability using MS Project Professional.
• Extensive Microsoft Project Server or other commercial scheduling software experience is required.
• Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with Integrated IMS planning, development, execution, and analysis for complex weapon systems.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting daily with high level officials and ability to deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand).

• BA/BS degree, and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD.

• Candidate must have an active US Secret security clearance.
• Must be a US citizen.
