Job Description



Lead the delivery of high-quality commercial and financial oversight as a Project Quantity Surveyor in London, ensuring all project costs and contracts are accurately managed.



Manage subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value, maintain timelines, and protect contractual obligations for projects in the Voids or Responsive Repairs / Minor Works streams.



Support operational teams with governance, project correspondence, and contractual processes across London-based projects.



Provide accurate financial forecasting, cost value reconciliation, and implement mitigation strategies for contractual and sub-contractual matters.



Monitor budgets and address performance issues efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered to schedule and cost targets.



Skills / Qualifications



Degree or HNC in a relevant field, or substantial equivalent experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in London.



Strong analytical, numeracy, and data interrogation skills, with experience managing principal contractor and subcontractor relationships.



Sound commercial awareness with strong legal and contractual knowledge relevant to Project Quantity Surveyor duties.



Competence in standard methods of measurement and NHF Schedule of Rates, with cost value reconciliation experience.



Professional membership (CIOB/RICS) desirable; confident in managing performance and resolving issues efficiently.
