The Project Quantity Surveyor Role



As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a dynamic commercial team of 35 professionals, delivering some of the most ambitious schemes in Central London.



Projects include:



Landmark skyscrapers

High-spec office developments

Large-scale Cat A & B refurbishments

Major commercial repurposing projectsThese are fast-moving, technically complex developments that require sharp thinking, strong communication, and a proactive approach.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will have:



A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying )

MRICS is a MUST

Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK construction consultancy

Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion (pre & post contract)

Significant experience in commercial sector projects (skyscrapers, office developments, refurbishments, or repurposing projects highly desirable)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentWhat's on Offer?



£55,000 - £65,000
