Project Quality Management Services

We are looking for a Project Quality Management Services for one of our clients with the following details:

Start date: Oct 2026

Contract Duration: 1.5 years minimum to 5 years - renewable

Location: France / Paris or Pau

Status: Residential

Qualification and Experience required:

  • Confirmed Quality Engineer, or equivalent, with at least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects including offshore project experience.
  • Mandatory Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, Power BI; Power App and Visio.
  • Experience in process mapping, Lean/continuous improvement, root cause analysis, KPI management. Lean (Lean Green belt or more is a plus)
  • Additional features: Effective communication with proven negotiation skills, ability to influence and work transversally to achieve outcomes whilst showing balanced and prudent decision-making capabilities. Excellent understanding of complex tasks, ability to work autonomously with great rigor and precision.
  • Good knowledge of company procedures and policies. Preferably previous experience within a similar Project.

Activities:

HSE:

  • Implementation of HSE rules and requirements within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that HSE requirements are systematically considered within the Quality management process.

Quality assurance:

  • Coordinate the processes and tools for TPI (Third Party Inspection), NCR (Non-Conformity Report) ... at Company level and ensure their adequation and robustness at package level.
  • Manage, in coordination with Packages, quality processes and tools (NCR, TPI) to manage.
  • Ensure that Quality assurance within all packages is handled correctly.
  • Organize periodic Quality review/identification meetings.
  • Responsible to identify, log, progress and close out all Quality matters impacting the Project in accordance with COMPANY specifications.
  • Ensure that Actions related to Quality assurance are properly delt with, that responses and comments are delivered on time and addressing adequately the identify Risk.
  • Ensure that other Package team members are aware of relevant Quality assurance.
  • Work closely with all other team members and contractor counterparts to ensure correct information is transmitted and fully aligned.
  • Participate in the redaction of the close out report and gather lessons learnt.

Performance Management:

  • Maximize the value of the Project by promoting a Performance culture for consistent one-team behaviours and challenge of referential.
  • Follow and manage all actions related to Quality Assurance to ensure an efficient Project execution.
  • Promote LEAN initiatives and an integrated team approach for Packages Quality.
