Project & Programme Administrator\n\nLocation: Gateshead | Office-based\n Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday - Friday)\n Salary: £28,500 per annum (DOE)\n Start: ASAP / Immediate\n\nSummary\n\nJoin our client, a thriving engineering organisation, as a Project & Programme Administrator! You'll play a pivotal role in supporting diverse programmes and projects, working closely with Project Managers, Operations teams, and clients. Your input will be key in helping projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to schedule.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nKeep project schedules and key dates up to date and record weekly meeting notes.\nCapture weekly progress updates, lessons learned, and any planning changes.\nMaintain project trackers, Gantt charts, and client documentation.\nManage weekly Change Requests (CRs) to ensure everything is accurate and complete.\nPlan weekly and longer-term labour requirements for all programmes.\nCommunicate upcoming labour needs clearly to the teams.\nKeep track of where Operations and VMO2 teams are working.\nTake part in internal planning meetings to make sure resources are aligned.\nLead client progress calls and provide structured programme updates.\nKeep track of project issues and feed them into client reporting.\nSend Practical Completion (PC) emails and handover documentation.\nMake sure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project.\nUpload and check CDM documentation and carry out regular compliance checks.\nEnsure EVision is set up correctly for each project.\nRecord and manage received Purchase Orders (POs).\nProcess Sales Order Confirmations.\nAttend resource and labour meetings to make sure delivery aligns with the programme.\n\nAbout You\n\nPrevious experience as a Project Administrator, Programme Administrator, or in a similar coordination role\nStrong organisational and planning skills\nConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and clients\nHigh attention to detail with excellent documentation skills\nProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project tracking systemsPlease apply today!Please note that we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
