Contract: W2, 7- Months
Location: Chicago, IL () / Remote Possibility
Pay Rate: $50-59/hour DOE
Hours per Week: 40
Brief Summary:
This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing projects and programs within our clients Global Customer, Partner Marketing Strategic Initiatives team. The candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress while providing reports to upper management. This position requires experience in marketing program management, marketing strategy and operations, and expertise with tools such as Excel and Quicksight.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute key marketing initiatives within the Global Customer and Partner Marketing team.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track project milestones.

Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Monitor progress and report updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Work cross-functionally with developers, marketing strategists, and operations teams.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.

Utilize data analytics tools like Excel and Quicksight for tracking and reporting.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within a marketing environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Quicksight, and other project tracking tools.

Key Competencies: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Skills: Experience in marketing PM, marketing strategy, and marketing operations.
