Project Planner

Sheffield | Full-time | Permanent

The Role

A well-established engineering business is looking for a Project Planner to develop and manage project programmes across complex industrial works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programmes using Primavera P6
• Provide weekly updates, highlighting delays and recovery actions
• Support the management of delays, compensation events and disruption submissions
• Work closely with Project Managers and Commercial teams
• Track progress, productivity and KPIs
• Produce clear reports for site teams and senior management

About You

• Proven planning experience within industrial or engineering construction projects
• Strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills
• Experience in delay analysis and programme reporting
• Analytical, organised and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Experience of NEC contracts would be an advantage
