Project Planner\n\n12 month contract\n\nBased in Oxford\n\nOffering £46.30ph Inside IR35\n\nDo you have experience using Primavera P6 (Expert level)?\n\nDo you have experience operating across the full project development lifecycle?\n\nDo you want to work with an industry-leading company?\n\nIf your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you!\n\nAs the Project Planner, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry. \n\nYou will be involved in:\n\nSupport the Customisation and Development departments to create and maintain resourced project plans, ensuring compliance to project control standards and procedures\nMonitoring of progress against plans and develop recovery strategies as necessary, escalating to the Project Manager where required\nProvide timely, accurate, and appropriate reporting of progress against project plans to the PMO Manager / Project Managers\nProvide assurance that change control, risk management, and cost controlling procedures are being followed by the Project Managers\nParticipate in and facilitate the planning and preparation of project management events and workshops\nTake the lead on projects to determine the future Procedures, Methods, and Tools within the company \n\nYour skillset may include:\n\nExperience with WaterFall, Agile, and Hybrid Project Management and Planning Methodologies\nExpert user knowledge of Primavera P6 as well as tools able to support agile methodologies such as Kanban\nExperience of operating across the full project development lifecycle including formal gate reviews\nExperience of project planning in an engineering environment including design, manufacture, and installation\nExperience of managing Design disciplines to develop and maintain resourced project plans\nExperience of compiling and updating Gantt Charts, understanding Critical Path Analysis\nExperience of Resource Allocation and Resource Capacity Planning\nExperience of standard reporting metrics including KPIs such as SPI and CPI\nAppreciation of the application of Risk Management in project planning\nAble to prioritise complex work within constrained timelines\nExperience of Google suite of programmes \n\nIf this all sounds like something you will be interested in then simply apply and we can discuss the opportunity further!\n\nProject Planner\n\n12 month contract\n\nBased in Oxford\n\nOffering £46.30ph Inside IR35\n\nDisclaimer:\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
