Project Planner

Role Overview

The Project Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules across large-scale offshore and transmission infrastructure programmes. The role involves coordinating planning activities, reviewing contractor schedules, monitoring progress, analysing schedule impacts and risks, and ensuring alignment between project execution and organisational readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, offshore, energy, utilities, or transmission projects
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise (essential)
• Experience with project controls and scheduling methodologies
• Knowledge of MS Office; Power BI and/or MS Project beneficial
• Degree-level education
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Dutch (minimum B2/C1 level) and English required

Additional Information

• Minimum two days per week on-site in Arnhem
• Security screening and background checks required before start
