Job Summary
The Project/Operations Engineer will oversee project execution for industrial ventilation, VOC, dust extraction, and paint/lithium factory systems. This role bridges project planning, subcontractor management, and compliance with U.S. standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors for equipment installation.
- Ensure projects meet OSHA, EPA, and Texas environmental standards.
- Ensure projects installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of systems.
- Liaise with HQ engineering teams to adapt solutions to U.S. client needs.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare project status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
- 3+ years in operations/project coordination in engineering project management, preferably in lithium battery or industrial equipment sectors.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, coating systems, or air handling systems is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
