Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (In Office)

About the Position

LTI, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Department. This position plays a key role in coordinating commercial roofing projects from project award through final warranty issuance.

We are a roofing system manufacturer—not a roofing contractor. Our team works closely with certified installation contractors, material suppliers, and public agency clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to our quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, solving problems proactively, and ensuring every detail is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

As our Project Operations Coordinator, you will help manage projects from start to finish by coordinating communication, documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate roofing projects from project award through final warranty issuance.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deadlines, and required documentation are completed throughout each phase.
  • Communicate regularly with certified roofing contractors regarding project requirements, scheduling, documentation, and project status.
  • Coordinate with material suppliers to ensure materials are available and delivered according to project schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, project documentation, and correspondence for clients and internal team members.
  • Support the Director of Operations with administrative coordination of field projects and operational activities.
  • Track project communications, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain accurate records using HubSpot, Asana, Microsoft Office, and internal project tracking systems.
  • Assist with contractor certification administration, ensuring all required documentation is current and complete.
  • Coordinate administrative support for inspections, project closeout documentation, and warranty processing.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, facilities managers, project managers, and public agency representatives.
  • Identify potential project issues early and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys keeping projects moving forward.

Qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations coordination, administrative management, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Professional demeanor when communicating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Asana, or other CRM and project management platforms is .
  • Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, facilities, or similar industries is but not required.
