Project/ Operations Coordinator in Minneapolis

Key Responsibilities:

Order materials, supplies, and equipment (e.g., windows, fixtures, rental equipment).
Coordinate schedules for contractors, vendors, and deliveries.
Track project timelines and update property manager/owner on progress.
Handle paperwork related to permits, invoices, and vendor contracts.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and completed projects.
Act as a point of contact between property ownership and service providers.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in property management, construction coordination, or related admin role .
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between project sites and properties.
