Project Manager(Manufacturing)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (field of study: Business, Engineering, or related).
• 2–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts
• Oversee project documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Complies with internal processes and procedures.
• Align projects with strategic priorities and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; proactively manage risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor budgets and resource usage to ensure financial accountability.
• Drive team accountability and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
