PLEASE NOTE: Applications will only be considered from candidates with proven project management experience within the Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, Retail Execution or Creative Production sectors. Minimum 2-years experience required in a similar position.
NJM is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our growing team in Windsor. 
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the delivery of creative production projects for leading global brands, managing projects from initial client briefing through production, logistics, installation and final delivery.
We are specifically seeking someone with hands-on experience delivering projects within events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, retail installations, brand activations, pop-ups, scenic build or retail execution environments.
The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple creative production projects simultaneously
• Coordinating suppliers, contractors and production teams
• Creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines
• Managing budgets, quotations and project costs
• Overseeing logistics, installation schedules and site delivery
• Liaising with clients and internal teams throughout project delivery
• Identifying and resolving project challenges before they impact delivery
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification

Essential ExperienceApplicants must have a minimum of 2-years experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Events
• Exhibitions
• Experiential Marketing
• Retail Execution
• Retail Fit-Out
• Brand Activations
• Creative Production
• Scenic Fabrication  

You will also demonstrate:

• Proven project management experience within fast-paced production environments
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Confidence working with suppliers, production teams and clients
• A calm and proactive approach under pressure
