Job Description

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.\nDo you want to take an active role in changing wind energy infrastructure? Apply now and contribute directly to pioneering sustainable concrete & hybrid tower technology in Germany.\n\nYOUR TASKS\nFull responsibility for the project during the Execution and Execution Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service\n\nLead, coordinate and manage the project team to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation (cost, quality, time, KPIs)\n\nAct as the internal project representative, ensuring alignment across departments (e.g. Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations) and supporting service functions\n\nManage all financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis, mitigation strategies, customer and contract management (claims, change orders, invoicing, cash collection)\n\nEnsure compliance with QHSE policies and technical requirements on site, taking responsibility for the safety of the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders\n\nHandle institutional relationships and contractual matters with clients and suppliers, including claims and disputes\n\nSet up and maintain project management tools (e.g.
