Our client is seeking an experienced and capable Project Manager to join their team and lead upcoming construction projects commencing January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to high-profile schemes within a dynamic and reputable organisation. Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success from inception to completion. Key Requirements Candidates must have: * Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience within the construction sector * SMSTS certification * First Aid qualification * Temporary Works certification * Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification * Valid CSCS card * Background in Engineering () * Proven experience in: * Groundworks * RC Frame * Slip Form (essential) Ideal Candidate * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively * Strong understanding of health & safety regulations * Committed to delivering high-quality work within set deadlines Availability Applicants must be available to start in January 2026
