• Client Relations: Lead weekly updates and guide clients through selections.

• Subcontractor Oversight: Hire, schedule, and inspect trade partner work.
• Budget Control: Track project costs and approve vendor invoices.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure job sites are clean and safe.
