Position Overview:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager specializing in water resources engineering to lead the design and delivery of drainage and stormwater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and a passion for developing solutions that enhance environmental and community resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead water resources projects including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and overall project delivery.

Prepare project proposals and manage communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Oversee and contribute to the preparation of drainage designs, stormwater models, and construction plans.

Review and perform analysis using tools such as Autodesk Storm Sanitary Analysis (SSA).

Supervise preparation of construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Review and validate design calculations, technical reports, and quantity estimates.

Conduct site visits for inspections, data collection, and compliance monitoring.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.

Mentor junior staff and support team development.

Perform additional duties as needed in support of project success.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Biological Engineering.

4–8 years of experience, with a strong focus on storm sewer and drainage design.

Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.

Eligible to sit for the Professional Engineering (PE) Exam.

Experience managing or coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.

Ability to travel locally to project sites and comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Autodesk SSA.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with client coordination, budgeting, and technical oversight.
