Role: Project Manager Type: Permanent Pay: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 17:15, Friday 8:00 – 12:00 Location: Walsall Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in manufacturing, looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established design and manufacturing business that, due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new projects, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned to the company’s growth objectives. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project Manager Job Description Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in line with company procedures and risk assessments. Manage budgets, resources, and capacity to achieve delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets. Uphold customer commitments, managing delivery dates, expectations, and any deviations proactively. Contribute to people development, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. Project Manager Experience / Skills / Qualifications 5 years’ Project Management experience, ideally within a technical manufacturing or engineering environment. Background in a technical engineering setting (electrical , but technically focused is essential). Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and close-out. Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
