What You Will Do
As a key member of the implementation team, the Project Manager will:
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budget expectations are met
- Manage installation scheduling, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Support installation of wireless networks, cabling, and connectivity systems
- Assign tasks to team members, track requests, and adjust project plans as needed
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Assist with technical quality assurance and go-live support during implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance, communication, and operational efficiency
- Perform upgrades and maintenance in live customer environments
- Test, configure, install, and document network hardware and software
- Participate in internal project management meetings
- Conduct construction site visits as needed
- Travel locally and throughout the U.S. as required
- Work onsite daily at our Walpole, MA office
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with construction site visits
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly resourceful, methodical, and solutions-driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking concepts
- Experience with subcontractor management and budget analysis
- Background in IT and/or hospitality technology
- Familiarity with BICSI standards is a plus
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms is a plus
