Role Summary

Experienced project manager with regulatory domain expertise responsible for leading multiple concurrent regulatory information, data, and systems initiatives. This role will oversee system implementations, process transformation activities, and cross-functional coordination across business, regulatory, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of regulatory information, data, and systems initiatives.
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • \n

  • Coordinate business, regulatory, process, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
  • \n

  • Support implementation activities involving Veeva, medical device content management, and regulatory information management system integrations.
  • \n

  • Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • \n

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery.
  • \n

  • Provide leadership and support throughout organizational transition and knowledge transfer activities.
  • \n

Desired Experience

\n

    \n
  • 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within regulatory affairs and/or the life sciences industry.
  • \n

  • Experience leading system implementation and business transformation programs.
  • \n

  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • \n

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with regulatory information management, Veeva platforms, and related life sciences systems.
  • \n
