The Role

As a Project Manager at Source Direct, you’ll oversee key manufacturing and client-facing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires a proactive communicator, a problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align on goals and progress.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, proposing creative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear reporting on milestones, deliverables, and financials to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
