Compensation Range: 120-140k

Position Overview 

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) with over 8 years of experience to lead and drive complex projects from initiation through successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, a sharp analytical mindset, and excellent client-facing communication. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, the PM will collaborate with users and cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and validate processes and business rules to meet business objectives.

Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
•  Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and    deliverables
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions; define, document, and validate business processes and system functional requirements
• Prepare and present project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies
