Project Manager-TDM

Key Responsibilities:

* SAP Lead Project Manager- preferably with SAP PLM implementation experience

* Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP projects across platforms such as SAP PLM, SAP DTLS, Self-Healing, and DOT.

* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business users.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with SAP best practices.

* Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to executive sponsors.

* Oversee system testing, user training, and change management activities.

* Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, and communication plans.

* Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.

* Strong experience in a Scrum Master role.

* Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.

* Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

* Strong understanding of GxP (Good Practice) guidelines
