Selectek is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager

Tank Integrity Engineer to support a confidential Oil & Gas partner. This is a high-impact, remote role requiring subject matter expertise in tank cleaning and repairs to lead out-of-service service projects as part of a integrity program. This role includes up to 50% domestic travel to various job sites (short trips, a few days at a time). The successful candidate will help ensure all work meets regulatory standards, company compliance, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and develop project scopes and accurate cost estimates

Lead and manage tank integrity projects, providing direction to both internal and third-party teams

Ensure design, construction, and execution meet all regulatory, safety, and company compliance standards

Coordinate project schedules and deliverables to meet internal deadlines

Manage multiple concurrent projects while overseeing safety and environmental performance

Provide timely updates to stakeholders through written and verbal communication

Oversee project financials, including monthly cash flow forecasting and budget tracking

Maintain project documentation to support regulatory and internal compliance audits

Qualifications:

Direct experience managing tank projects

(cleaning, repair, inspection, or similar)

Proven leadership as a Project Manager within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Midstream industry

Deep understanding of tank integrity regulations and safety standards

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams

Comfortable traveling up to 50% (domestic, 23 days at a time)

Must be a US or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)
