Role: Project Manager

Location: Swindon + Hybrid Work from Home

Salary: Up to £70,000

Are you an organised, proactive, and driven Project Manager looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects within a fast-paced electronics environment? We're looking for a motivated professional to join our clients team and lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple product and technology streams.

\n

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your work will directly influence our ability to bring innovative electronic devices to market.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to gather detailed project requirements and clarify deliverables.
  • \n

  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring involvement from all key stakeholders and technical teams.
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, overseeing all aspects of implementation including:

      \n
    • Resource allocation
    • \n

    • Progress and milestone tracking
    • \n

    • Change control
    • \n

    • Testing and documentation
    • \n

    • Training and reporting
    • \n

    \n

  • Drive on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all assigned projects.
  • \n

  • Ensure resource availability across functions and optimise allocation.
  • \n

  • Track project performance to ensure successful completion of both short-term tasks and long-term goals.
  • \n

  • Adjust plans and constraints based on financial and risk analysis.
  • \n

  • Communicate project schedules, risks, and status updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders and management.
  • \n

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • \n

  • Conduct risk management activities to mitigate potential issues.
  • \n

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • \n

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • \n

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • \n

  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • \n

  • High integrity with strong personal and professional ethics.
  • \n

  • Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • \n

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation, including suppliers and external customers.
